Without an open heart we cannot experience the depth of love available to us.
If we have been hurt it is natural to protect ourselves.
And we have all been hurt!
Yet this protection blocks us from love.
We must heal
We must forgive
We must lay our hearts open and risk being hurt again
And again and again
Only with true vulnerability
can we experience the love in our hearts.
Only when we are fearlessly open
will we receive the powerful love
that is available to us in every moment.
